Jim has been an award winning winemaker for 10+ years. His ancestors worked vineyards on the Azor Islands of Portugal and he is honored to carry on the traditions of his forefathers' and that of the Donauschwaben, his wife's heritage.

Isabell is a Donauschwab and descendant of Viennese pastry chefs with recipes handed

down from generation to generation.
